The City of Hoover’s 50th Anniversary party is coming to Bluff Park July 11, 6pm at Artists On The Bluff.

Hoover Mayor Frank Brocato and several City Council members will be bringing birthday cake and refreshments to different neighborhoods in Hoover over the summer. 
Looking back in history, we find residents of Hoover celebrating as well.
In 1987 the City of Hoover celebrated it’s 20th Anniversary with a birthday party at city hall. Residents were treated to cake and Ice cream. The cakes were brought to the party from businesses all around the city (a much smaller city at the time).
